Features, Performance, and Application Scope
This machine is specially designed for hot patching local wounds of tires with specifications from 8.25-20 to 12.00-20, 9R-12R,
and engineering vehicle tires.
It features automatic temperature control, communication signal indication, power short-circuit protection,
and two usage modes (timing within 120 minutes or constant on) for selection.
It is also equipped with a seven-piece set of special molds for patching,
which can fully meet the patching needs of any part of the tire, such as the tire shoulder, tire crown, and tire side;
only the corresponding mold needs to be selected.
At the same time, it is equipped with sand bags and stainless steel plates to assist in patching.
The upper and lower ironing heads are controlled by separate switches, making it more flexible to use this machine for tire patching.
Its entire patching process is completed under automatic temperature control,
so that the patched wound can achieve a good effect of being flat and smooth.
